Phillip joins Ivanhoe Grammar School continuing his dedicated and varied career within the education sector. With many years of experience in roles varying from teaching, curriculum leadership, and professional development leadership through to Deputy Principalship, he has over recent years, diverged into the human resource management field within the sector having also completed a Masters in HRM. Phil’s extensive and committed career in education coupled with his leadership experience and formal training sees him strongly placed to partner with our leaders across the School in providing strategic advice and direction in workforce planning and recruitment, staff learning and development, leadership growth programs and employee relations. His leadership is characterised by a strong emphasis on the professional growth and wellbeing of staff, and he is proactive in looking to influence culture in a strategically aligned manner through role clarity, dialogue and honest feedback always delivered with professional respect and courtesy.
