Governance

The Ivanhoe Grammar School is an Australian company limited by guarantee and was registered on 30 September 1914. The Board is appointed by Members of the Company, which includes all of the members of the Board of Governors and Life Governors, at the Annual General Meeting. The Board of Governors is responsible for all of the School’s activities including its governance and compliance requirements. The Board of Governors has delegated overall responsibility for the management of the School to the Principal who reports to the Board on a monthly basis.

Mr Foley enjoys a close working relationship with the Board, which is comprised of former students, parents of current and past students, and friends and supporters of the School.
