Thoresby wins the Plenty Campus House Swimming Carnival
On Thursday 26 February students from Plenty Campus headed to The Ridgeway Campus pool for the annual House Swimming Carnival.
Dressed head to toe in full regalia, spirits were high, cheering was loud and the competition was fierce. Sherwood was off to a fantastic start, winning the first race, the Captains Relay. Very quickly though the battle was between Athelstane and Thoresby who were neck and neck all day. With back to back wins it was Thoresby who took the day; but with Sherwood, Lincoln and Athelstane cheering their houses on as proudly as Thoresby for the win, everyone left feeling like they’d won.
The day’s scores were as follows:

| 2nd Athelstane | 447 points |
| 3rd Lincoln | 413 points |
| 4th Sherwood | 399 points |
The House Captains and Staff worked diligently leading up to and on the day which ensured a fantastic outcome for participation and house spirit. Staff and students alike had a lot of fun which culminated in a great day.
