Premier’s VCE Awards
The annual Premier’s VCE Awards ceremony was held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on Wednesday 17 July. This prestigious event recognises students for outstanding achievement in the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE). Notably, four Ivanhoe Grammar School alumni from the Class of 2023 were recognised among the best in the state. A total of 310 Victorian students from the Class of 2023 received 332 awards.
The following students were recognised at the Premier’s VCE Awards for outstanding achievement in the Victorian Certificate of Education in 2023:
- Johnny Chen for Top All-Round VCE High Achiever
- Eve Beccia for Business Management
- Bethany Ryan for Literature
- Tansy Elliot for Theatre Studies
The Premier’s VCE Awards honour the exceptional achievements of individual students and acknowledge the invaluable support provided by principals, teachers, and families during their VCE studies.
It was a wonderful evening for all involved—alumni, family, and teachers in attendance. All four students from the Class of 2023 displayed the attributes of an Ivanhoe Learner and this recognition is a result of all their hard work and determination.
