The IPSHA Student Leadership Conference was proudly hosted by Plenty Campus on Wednesday 29 May. The Independent Primary School Heads Association (IPSHA) organised this leadership day to assist the emerging leaders of our schools to develop their leadership skills and capabilities.
The event was attended by Year 6 Student Leaders from independent schools from across Victoria. The purpose of the day was to provide student leaders from our respective schools with an authentic learning and development experience facilitated by Ben Righetti, WELS School.
This event was sponsored by the Independent Primary School Heads Association (IPSHA) and ran concurrently with another event at Firbank Grammar School. It was wonderful to observe the students working collaboratively through many challenging activities.
Students unanimously said that their favourite activity was the orienteering challenge, which took them from one end of Plenty Campus to the other. Congratulations to Year 6 students Senith, Avlene, Ava, Fin, Ashley and Aakash for their wonderful hospitality and inclusive manner towards our visitors. They showed terrific leadership on the day.
