Girls’ Volleyball wins the Victorian School’s Cup
It was a big weekend in sport with our Girls’ Volleyball Team winning the Victorian School’s Cup!
The girls did an amazing job, dominating their division (Year 11 Division 1) going through to the Grand Final undefeated and then winning 2-0!
MVPs were Emily Gallagher, Taylor Langford and Elly McInerney for their outstanding performances, but all players displayed wonderful sportsmanship and support to their teammates throughout the entire weekend.
The team is looking forward to the Australian Volleyball Schools Cup in December. This is also an opportunity for our Open team to continue working hard as they set their sights on playing in the Open Honours division (top division; a first for Ivanhoe Grammar School.
