Community Cup Soccer Tournament
Plenty Campus hosted the second Community Cup Soccer Tournament organised and run by David O’Connor, our resident DOC Soccer Academy founder. This tournament is designed to bring schools together for friendly competition and fun.
For Ivanhoe Grammar School students this provides a rare opportunity to represent the School playing Soccer in the Primary School. Plenty Campus fielded four teams including boys and girls with a key focus on participation.
Our teams performed very well with our players competitive in all matches. The experience gained while playing, led to improvement across the day. Overall, students enjoyed the experience and played with great flair and energy.
The Community Cup was won by Resurrection House Catholic Primary School, beating Eltham North Primary School 1-0.
Well done to all participants and their teachers who assisted on the day.
