Ivanhoe Institute is here to create and sustain a strategically aligned leadership program for both students and staff. Our aim is to create a culture of exceptional leadership, and develop the associated skills, acumen, and capacity. Our aim is to build and support great leaders at our School.

Dedicated to developing leaders of character, the Institute has programs to support our leaders to strive to be their personal best; and to embody and promote the moral, social and performance traits of people of character.

Bringing to life the Ivanhoe Charter for Leadership, Ivanhoe Institute is committed to growing and developing people at Ivanhoe Grammar School to be visionary, ethical, relational, accountable, decisive, resilient, reflective, supportive and articulate leaders.

Our goal is for every leader to be exceptional managers, confidently lead through change, be empowered and empowering, accountable and authentic.
