Prestigious Victorian School Sports Award for Soccer
Year 7 student, Betti Michael was recently awarded the prestigious Victorian School Sports Award on Tuesday 15 March for her excellence in the sport of Soccer. The official presentation was held at the MCG.
Betti is an accomplished sportswoman, beginning her sporting trajectory in the U8’s boys Pascoe Vale Soccer Club where she was the only female player. Betti has consistently performed on the field with the biggest highlight being representing Victoria for the 2015 National Youth Championship in Coffs Harbour.
Another achievement is her selection in the School Sport Victoria Team VIC for the U12’s Soccer Team where she will be playing later this year in November. She has also been selected for the U13’s Girls State Team for 2016.
