Guest Speaker – Jason Ball
On Friday 11 March, well-known gay Footballer and activist, Jason Ball visited the Plenty Campus and presented to students from the Senior Years on Homophobia.
He was a great speaker and blew the audience away with his honesty and down to earth nature. There was a buzz on campus after his presentation with staff and students discussing the topics he had raised as they had lunch. He will also be speaking with Middle Years students next week.
Jason Ball is an Australian LGBTI and mental health advocate and political candidate. He is standing as the Australian Greens candidate for the next Australian federal election in the division of Higgins.
