Australian Schools National Cross Country Championships

On Saturday 29 August, Year 6 student Zoe competed in the 2015 Australian Schools National Cross Country Championships at Moonee Valley.
Zoe competed in the 3 kilometre individual cross country event against 35 runners from all over Australia. Zoe placed 17th with a time of 11 minutes 15 seconds, a mere one second difference separating her and the winner. In addition, Zoe and the Victorian team received the bronze medal at National level.
We wish Zoe well as she competes in the Primary Track season in the upcoming weeks.
