High Resolves Global Citizenship Program
The High Resolves Global Citizenship Program is strongly aligned with Ivanhoe Grammar School’s community values and partnership with the Round Square group of schools and its associated IDEALS. It is also an important step in our Middle Years students developing key skills and an understanding of the Ivanhoe Diploma (click here to learn more) available in the Senior Years.
Students are provided with the skills needed to become purposeful global citizens who embrace diversity and strive for fair outcomes. Using modules based on Collective Identity and Justice, students will reconsider their personal roles, responsibilities and opportunities in society by viewing themselves as part of a global context.
Ivanhoe Grammar School is dedicated to establishing globally aware and active citizens. The High Resolves Global Citizenship Program offers highly interactive and thought provoking simulations and experiential activities to ensure learning outcomes across the range of student profiles present on the day. It also provides an additional leadership opportunity for our Year 10 students, as they are trained and facilitate small group discussions within the workshops.
