Rugby Rising Stars
A number of Ivanhoe students have been selected to represent Victorian schools in their respective age groups in Rugby, completing tours in Tasmania and New South Wales during the winter break. All three age groups will be represented by the School which is a fantastic achievement by all seven players.
These rising stars include Kane Davies who will represent the under 16’s; Cam Merjan, Aidan Fuller and Jack Middleton who will represent the under 17’s and Jake Smith, Ayden Hurst and Rhys Griffiths who have been selected to represent the under 18’s. The Ivanhoe Grammar School community wishes the very best for these seven rugby players during their interstate tours.
The sporting program at Ivanhoe encourages active participation, fitness and fun over a comprehensive range of summer and winter sports. Students are active and enjoy a range of sports in a friendly environment.
All students take part in the School sporting program and train in their chosen sport during the week and participate in the AGSV/ APS competition on Saturday mornings. Students will continue their winter sports with the commencement of Term 3.
