Sport Highlights
There were many highlights from the AGSV & AGSV/APS matches last weekend. There were four wins and two draws with the high point being the boys win in the football against last year's premiers Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School.
,, Ivanhoe's netball team scored an emphatic win despite losing two of the starting seven before the match and the Girls' Basketball team clinched a nine point victory against Carey Grammar School. Furthermore, the soccer boys came out on top recording a one goal win in the dying stages of the match.

Kyle Langford Selected for Victoria U18 Football Team
AFL
Kyle Langford (1st XV111 Captain) has been selected in the Vic metro U18 AFL team. This is a fantastic reward for Kyle who has played a large role in the school’s re-emergence as a force in the AGSV competition. Overall, Kyle has made a big impact in school sport. He was voted best player in the 1st XV111 whilst in Year 10, he received Full Blues in both Football (2012 & 2013) and Athletics (2012) as well as two Half Blues in Cricket (2012 & 2013). Kyle is a true all-rounder.
