Community

‘Working collaboratively and growing together as teachers and professional service staff has such a positive flow on effect for our students.’ Brayden Stone, Director of Ivanhoe Institute.

A key focus for Ivanhoe Institute is to foster a culture of collaboration and community, as we believe this is how people best grow and learn together. We encourage open classrooms for peer learning, constructive and effective feedback loops, and opportunities for professional collaboration.

Collaboration is one of our seven Ivanhoe Learner Attributes, which form our shared school values and the ethos of the culture of our School. The Ivanhoe Institute is, therefore, committed to developing a culture of belonging and collaboration, where people value the input of others; and seek opportunities for shared effort across a range of methodologies and environments.

The Institute supports, fosters and celebrates our people coming together, collaborating for the greater outcome of the school: student wellbeing and academic achievement.
