Library and Information Week
This week is Library and Information Week and the theme is ‘Imagine’. The week aims to raise the profile of libraries and provides the opportunity to showcase their resources, facilities, events, contacts and services through different programs and events.
Library staff at The Ridgeway Campus imagined a library full of minions (that featured in the movie Despicable Me) to assist with library and information needs.
The Library has been brightly decorated and the students are engaging in this pop culture theme by searching for hidden minions around the School, design a minion competition, guess the minion books for teachers and Despicable Me 2 movie playing during lunchtime this week.
All students who borrow from the Library receive a special treat this week.
