Debbie Sukarna is the Head of Buckley House, the Primary section of Ivanhoe Grammar School.
She has been a leading educator for 25 years and has presented professional development programs for State, Catholic and Independent schools. She has worked in the United States, was Principal of a bilingual Balinese community school and has co-authored a number of books on literacy education. She developed the ‘Writer’s Notebook’ strategy which is used extensively across Victorian schools.
Debbie is an experienced and dedicated professional and her seminars give practical instruction for teachers on classroom practice.
